Yoga: Flow and Restore
Have you ever had one of those days where everything is getting on your nerves and you just can't seem to get your mood right? This class was made for those days. In the first part, we will get moving to get back into your body and work off that frustrated energy. At the end you of class you will be ready to settle down in a nice comfy restorative pose to bring your nervous system back to center.
Yoga: Restorative Chill
This class is perfect for those days when you feel deep body WTFatigue. There is little to no movement in Restorative Yoga. You are invited to settle into reclined postures (usually 3-4 poses within a class period) using the support of props for long-hold times (anywhere from 5-20 minutes). You will be guided through fundamental breath awareness (pranayama) and meditation (presence) to foster a gradual and deep release of physical, emotional, and mental tensions. In this class, you'll get some love to your sore legs and feet, relief to your back body, and quiet time to breathe and be still.
Yoga: Nidra for sleep
Having problems sleeping? In this restorative yoga class you will be supported by props in comfy resting poses on the floor, and guided through a delicious Yoga Nidra ("yogic sleep") practice to promote healthy sleep.
